Small trucks and trolleys are needed in most enterprises. We offer a number of heavy-duty trucks and trolleys for many purposes.
Platform Trucks
The Q platform trucks are heavy-duty models made of tubular steel and equipped with wheels with roller bearings. The trucks are powder-coated in colour green.
The detachable support fits all types of platform trucks and it is among other things well suited for panels placed up-end.
The open support can be attached without tools. Provides support for items placed both length- and crosswise.

Varnishing trolleys

Varnishing Trolley, double
The vanishing trolley type 33 is made of profile tubes and equipped with carriers of 19 mm nickel-plated steel tubes.
The distance between the vertical supports is variable. The length of the carriers is 475 mm and the distance between them 50 or 80 mm.
Varnishing trolley, single, type 53
The type 53 is a very robust trolley made of heavy rectangular profile tubes. The carriers are made of 25 mm nickel-plated steel tube. Length of carriers 600 mm, distance between carriers 75 mm.
Equipped with four swivel castors. Standard colour green.
Transport handle is available.
Platform Trolleys
The basic truck is made of a tubular steel frame with waterproof plywood platform. With two swivel castors and two straight-running wheels.
Push bar, hedge and side sections are made of heavy gauge tubular steel.

Wheeled Containers
Wheeled containers for hospital and laundry use.
The wheeled containers are made as a tubular steel frame with 5 sets of carriers for demountable shelves. The distance between the shelves is variable. The metal net shelves can be mounted as front or back of the container without any use of tools.
The gables are made of tubes kept together by a distance pipe. This pipe is placed asymmetrically in order not to hamper the filling of the upper shelf or the dropping of textile items from above.
The container is equipped with two straight-running wheels and two swivel castors, fender wheels at each corner, tug bar, tow-bar for coupling more containers and writing slate on the front gable.
The surface is anti-rust treated by galvanizing and powder-coated in colour silver. Therefore, the container can be cleaned with hot water.
The container can also be equipped with a special four-wheel steering mechanism. This wheel system is an advantage when many coupled containers are to be moved in narrow corridors.

Shelved containers
Shelved Containers
The gables are made of a special C-profile with holes each 25 mm for fastening of shelves. Load capacity of each shelf is 50 kg. The shelves can be reinforced by a profile placed under the shelf.
The backs are made of tubular steel and round steel bars. Can be equipped with 3 or 4 shelves.
Distance between shelves w/3 shelves: 420 mm
Distance between shelves w/4 shelves: 300 mm

Trestles
The solid Q trestles are designed for heavy loads and are therefore suitable for many professional works as well as for hobbies.
The support legs are made of powder-coated steel tubes (colour brown) and the girder is made of untreated pinewood. A special locking device ensures that the trestle does not collapse.
Swivel Table
Well suited for spray-painting and assembly works. The tabletop runs on ball bearings. With a heavy foot and a conical spindle. 3 adjustable heights.
Roller Stand
A very sturdy construc-tion with a solid conical spindle, which prevents the roller from falling down.
The heavy steel roller is with two dust-proof ball bearings. Can be combined with a guiding plate (size 400 x220 mm), which ”catches” the item and guides it onto the roller.
Drum Support Truck
Is easy to tip and it can transport even 200 l drums. The telescopic handle makes the truck occupy minimum floor space.
When the truck is in use the handle is drawn out and locked with a cotter spin. A special construction of the bottom frame eases truck stacking.
